The You’re The Inspiration Dog

Inspired by my wife who is originally from Chicago. This menu item features a Vienna hot dog topped with diced raw onion, tomato wedges, a pickle spear, yellow mustard, sport peppers, Chicago style green relish and a dash of celery salt served on a poppy seed bun.
